ASAP BCAA is an instant blend of branched chain amino acids (BCAA), supplemented with electrolytes, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, coconut water powder and coenzyme Q10. It is a unique complex for the preparation of a functional sports drink. It is ideal for sipping before exercise, during and after demanding strength and endurance training.
The base consists of a trio of amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, known as BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids). These are essential amino acids, which our body cannot create on its own. Therefore, we have to take them from food, supplements and other external sources. In this supplement, there are also BCAAs in a ratio of 4:1:1 in favour of leucine.
No sports drink should lack electrolytes. Therefore, in this composition, you will find magnesium, calcium, sodium and chloride. Magnesium contributes to the electrolyte balance of the body and, like calcium, supports normal muscle function as well as the maintenance of healthy bones. Vitamin B6 also plays an important role in reducing fatigue and tiredness. It also supports normal energy metabolism and proper protein and carbohydrate metabolism.
